Six stages, all under one roof
From fabric inspection to sealed export cartons — every stage runs in our own facility in Faisalabad, so specifications hold and quality stays consistent across the full order.

Fabric Sourcing & Inspection
Fabric is sourced to your specified composition, thread count and GSM, then inspected for weave consistency, shade matching and defects before it enters production.

Cutting
Fabric is laid in layers and cut to pattern against your dimensions, standard sizes or custom measurements, with cutting plans set to minimise wastage across the run.

Stitching & Hemming
Panels are stitched and edges hemmed to prevent fraying and hold the finished dimension. Elastic is fitted on fitted sheets, and labels, piping and trims applied to your specification.

Finishing
Finished pieces are washed, pressed and shrinkage-checked so dimensions hold after the first laundering, the stage that determines how the product performs in use.

Quality Control
Every batch is checked against your approved sample: measurements, stitch density, seam strength, shade consistency and finish. Anything outside tolerance is pulled before packing.

Packing & Export
Goods are folded, poly-bagged and cartoned to your packing specification, with your labelling and barcodes applied, then palletised and prepared for shipment.
Approved sample first. Production follows the sample, not the other way round.
